We are seeking a young, results-orientated Engineering Draughtsman to join our team and work hand in hand with our Mechanical Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, professionalism, effective communication abilities and experience with mechanical manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Sound understanding of water supply industry is beneficial.
- Exceptional technical communication skills with engineers and manufacturing personnel.
- Keen attention to detail and strong mathematical abilities.
- Ability to adhere to standardized drawing procedures accurately.
- Capable of working within deadlines.
- Strong computer skills; must be proficient with Excel; Microsoft Office preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally and to collaborate with the Hartland-based team.
- Effective technical problem resolution.
