The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all irrigation systems across the estate. The role requires a proactive and hands-on individual who can ensure efficient water usage, maintain system functionality, and support overall garden and vineyard health.

Key Responsibilities
Irrigation Management

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
• Install and program time clocks for automated irrigation systems.
• Coordinate fertigation and irrigation adjustments with the Gardens Manager and Viticulturist.
• Maintain accurate records of rainfall, irrigation amounts, and fertigation activities.
• Manage and control inventory of irrigation parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Report damaged or faulty equipment to the Gardens Manager and Maintenance Manager.
• Make necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
• Monitor and report any crop or garden stress or damage to the Winemaker and Gardens Manager.
